Shipping policy

At Nuvaro, we are committed to delivering your sauna safely and on time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Due to the size and weight of our products, saunas are shipped via freight carrier. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free shipping on select products — look for the free shipping badge on eligible items.

Delivery Freight deliveries are curbside by default. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. White-glove delivery and installation services may be available in select areas — contact us for details.

Damages Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, document it immediately and contact us at support@nuvarly.com within 48 hours.
